About me – about Art of Tantra
Through my work in the nursing profession and by learning a range of body and massage therapies and energy and breathwork, I kept coming across the same taboos and blockages again and again. Again and again, my experience showed me that we often perceive the above to be separate from the below, and not that they are connected. Too bad, because this way, we lose our primal force and much contentment and happiness in our life.
For this reason and in the interest of healing and awakening on all levels, I began to take my journey in a new direction. Naturally, I would like to share this newfound awareness of contentment. Being able to guide people on even just a part of their journey back to themselves fulfills me with deep joy and gratitude.
The way I see it, the human essence is an integrity of body, mind, and soul. If imbalance occurs on one of these three areas – for example if the necessary physical awareness is missing – then sexual issues can arise. The same applies to mental and spiritual components. For a totally fulfilling relationship and sexuality it is important to perceive our own bodies as a basis and then to build up from there.
To experience oneself through mindful touch, positive thoughts and soothing warmth can lead to new avenues of one’s own sexuality but also to sexuality shared with one’s partner. This can be very healing and can be experiences as a deep inner fulfillment and contentment.
My tantric philosophy focuses on mindfulness and depth. As a woman, I am very happy to guide other women and couples in their dive into the experience of the tantric world and the internalization thereof – carried within an atmosphere of respect, peace, openness, honesty and mindfulness.
